Strategic Plan: Navigating the Plan

This website has been developed to share the Cuyahoga County Strategic Plan for Senior Transportation with interested parties. The Strategic Plan information has been broken down into thirteen sections, along with appendices.

The navigation on the left side of all pages links to a short description, detailed content listing, and downloadable pdf document for each section. The complete Strategic Plan and the Executive Summary are also available for download, and are listed at the bottom of the navigation.
