CALL CENTER SCHEDULER II
Senior Transportation Connection of Cuyahoga County

The Call Center Scheduler II is primarily responsible for manifest and report development but not limited to, the following:

• Develop and edit the individual community operating manifests to ensure vehicle efficiency during operations.
• Development of daily, weekly, monthly and annual records and reports pertaining to rider statistics, fare collection and revenue, vehicle utilization, operations, and vehicle inspections.
• Develop, edit and monitor vehicle information fields within data base.
• Accept incoming calls from the residents/consumers participating in the STC communities and enter all pertinent data into Trapeze Software.
• Scheduling all community transit trips for eligible residents using Trapeze software. This function includes but is not limited to scheduling, cancellations, inquiries, questions.
• Perform real time dispatching function for each community as necessary.
• Edit and modify schedules as necessary.
• Verify trip activity information with FIRST providers.
• Any other duty or responsibility necessary to develop and maintain effective service operation.
• Provide good public relations including assisting residents and other staff members.
• Contact facilities to verify appointments and ensure vehicle operating schedules are accurate.
• Assist in training and orientation of all new hire call takers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• High school diploma or equivalent and 20 semester hours/30 quarter hours at the College level
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent computer skills with ability to utilize scheduling software
• Good grammar and math skills
• Strong organizational, time-management, follow up and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Goal oriented and self motivator
• Strong team motivator with an ability to coach.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Associate's degree or equivalent college coursework in management
• Proficiency in Trapeze or other scheduling software
• 3 years experience in Call Center operations
